3. Smart Net support packages
4. End of Life (hardware / software)
5. Or of Cisco technology (please specify on the form)

This process is known as an “LOA Audit”, which simply requires a signed Letter of Authority from the Mine or Industrial Organization, (typically signed approved by a Senior Executive, Mine Operations or IT Manager).

Roobuck will then arrange an audit of the central Cisco Database of registered equipment, software and contracts to provide a full report of what is registered on file and its status in terms of warranty, support and contract term (active or expired).
